DATAPUMP Wild carding Not working

Hi,
I have Oracle 10.2.0.4 SE on Windows 2003 - 32 bit
I am using the Datapump gave all the grants to user also granted permission to the directories, when I use wild carding %U for dumpfile name, it wont create a new and unique files, My problem is I am exporting a large DB 130GB and I have filesize parameter set to 10240M and dumpfiles=exp%U.dmp.... in my dump directory it creates just one single file expU.dmp, can you tell me what am I missing ?
Is this a SE limitation that I cannot use wild carding ?
