ENABLE ROW MOVEMENT

 Hello!

I have an oracle database 10g release 10.2.0.2.0, and some days ago I have done a table purge and now I need to free some reclamable space. My Doubt is what kind of performance consequences can suffer the bbdd?

And i do not know if after i have done the work of free space,  then i have to disable the row movement.
