Drop Ship Configured Parts

 Hi...is it possible to drop-ship configured parts?  We have some items with variable width and length which go thru the configurator and we actually purchase these parts from a vendor and ship direct to our customers.  Current process is manual and prone to errors and it would be preferably to use standard drop-ship functionality in OM to process these orders.
