DB performance slow during impdp

 hi,

We are facing Performace issue when refreshing the data from one db to db and the import log file and alter log throws the following errors:

 The time taken to complete the task is very long and the following error is shown in log file but the job is completed with errors. When we did the same 2 months it was reasonable. But recently, we are facing severe problem.
What could be reason for slow performance?

From January to March, the impdp was taking only 4 hours approx. Presently it takes nearly 7.30 hours.
What could be cause for the following errors?
