Streams on Oracle standard Edition

 Hallo,

i have read in the Oracle family product that Streams are nor available on SE , but the  Apply only ,also i read that message queiging and apply features are avaible in SE but not change capture.

Iam trying to set this configuation : Stream on SE 10g which will replicate data into serveral Personal Editions .

Since iam new to streams ,can some one clarify to me which features are exactly available under SE ? and if iam going to implement this configuration what i need more?.
