How to configure a "BOM" to requisition in iProcurement?

 We have a need to ensure that when an iProcurement user creates a requisition for an item (example - laptop) that the system will automatically add the components necessary to be purchased with the item (example, mouse, network cable, extra monitor).  Is there a way to configure a "buyable BOM" made up of these components with their individual prices?  I would hope that when the upser adds the "BOM" to their shopping cart, they could see the components and their individual costs.
