ANNUAL LEAVE ACCRUAL ADJUSTMENT
we want to adjust the leave accrual for employees by adding extra hours to their incorrect existing accrual balance so it can show the correct accrual for each pay in accrual form and the payslip.
is creating a new element and aassign to the employees in the element entries would fix the problem, or assign the carryover element that been created for the accrual plan and adding the required hours in the input value would be a better solution? or any other suggestion really would be appreciated.
PS: I've tried the Blance adjustment for the empolyees and it completed without any errors but still doesnt update the accrual form!!!
