I'm running a 8.1.7.4 fromuser/touser import on solaris 10 db server. The DB has 3+gb SGA. Total objects to import around 6k. 

There is no other session in the DB. Continuously seeing 'Sql net message from client' wait spawning 60 minutes or more and no object being imported during that time. No other major wait/locks etc. Can't fathom the reason when the import is running on the db server itself.

There are 3 other DBs running on the but the box resources are nominally being used including cpu/memory/swap etc.  

Any pointers appreciated.
