peer not authenticated Grid 10.2.0.4

Any fix would be appreciated.

The agent and OMS are Solaris at 10.2.0.4 and this agent  shows

oracle.sysman.emSDK.emd.comm.CommException: peer not authenticated and you cannot set preferred credentials for the Host I have deleted and rediscovered the node and targets, I have run clearstate and removed all relevant data (upload, state, etc, etc) I have re-secured agent, but with no sucess. We have many other 10.2.0.4 agents without any issues, so this seems to be unique to this one target server.
