 SQL> startup
ORA-01565: error in identifying file 'D:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1/dbs/spfileRICB.ora'
ORA-27046: file size is not a multiple of logical block size
OSD-04012: file size mismatch (OS 3616)
SQL>

can any one help me solve this issue..

i hav recently upgraded from oracle 9i to 10g R2
