Upgrade 10.1.0.2 to 10.2.0.4

 Hi
I am working with oracle 10g R1.0.2 running under Solaris 5.8 platform. recently, i found there are some bugs with this version. so now i planning to move 10g R2.0.4. so can any one assist me how to upgrade..

It is possible to upgrade directly from 10.1.0.2 to 10.2.0.4, without installing new 10.2.0.4 home. if yes, what are things i should follow before and after upgrade...
