Standby Server steps

Hi,

We are using the following:

R 12.0.5 - oracle application E-Business Suite & 10g database / Os is Sun solaris 10 with RAC Env.

now i need create or make one standby server some other location near my our existing data centre

can you please give us the steps how to create standby with same configuration
