Tax is not caliculated on export sales

Hi,

System is not calculating the tax when country of sales is not the country of regime.

Ex:

We setup regime to rate flow by selecting country as Egypt. On some export sales i.e sales made to Ex: Sudan attracts sales tax , but system is not calculating any tax

 

Please guide me on above
