Customer API for Advanced Collections
We are on Advanced Collections 11.5.10 release and have a requirement to send the correspondence letters through email. To do this we need to load customer contact first name, last name, email address, email format, dunning business purpose and dunning role at site level. Is there any standard Oracle Customer API or TCA API that we can use to automatically load this information on the AR customer sites ( our strategies run at bill to level)
