 Hi,

I would like to know :

1. When DST (Say Australia) time moves forward / backword, should we restart Oracle Cluster services? The time is being moved at operating system level automatically (AIX) during DST change by Sysadmins.

2. What is the impact of the DST change at operating system level on RAC services.

3. As the RAC OPROCD is sensitive to time changes (NPT) and it can core dump and reboot the system, i would like to know the impact of time change on RAC services.

4. We had instances of RAC reboot (some times) post DST (not always :-))

5. Ours i two node RAC 10.2.0.3 on AIX 5.3L

Howdy, Stranger!
