Charge account on a PO requisition triggered by a deliverable in project managment

Hi

We are trigerring an amount based requisition from the deliverable in project management. The charge account on this requistion is defaulting from the PO information defined for the requester in HR instead of deriving it from the project related account generator.

Has anyone else faced this issue? Is this standard oracle functionality?
