How to - 10g Grid control OMS/Apache on Linux VCS cluster

I want to install Grid Control 10.2.0.5 (OMS/Apache parts) on a Linux cluster using Veritas cluster software.  This means that any particular application such as OMS is supported by a "package" that includes files system mounts (e.g. Oracle Home) and an IP address (portable IP and associated virtual host name).  The package is run on only one physical node (box) at a time, but can be moved from one physical node to another in the event of hardware failure.  Whichever node is currently running the package owns the file system(s) and portable IP.

To set up OMS to run as a portable package, all configuration of OMS would need to reference the portable IP (virtual host name) and not have any configuration specific to the physical node (since the package could move to a different physical node.)  I want to know if this makes sense for running OMS/Apache and what is needed to make OMS work this way.

Howdy, Stranger!
