After reinstallation of grid agent i see there are two agent and am not able to add database as a ta

Hi All,

I have reinstalled the grid agent on this server installation completed

agent able to upload the xml files as well as showing the status as running

in the oem console i see there are two agents available  and when i try to add database as a target

it says have one more agent monitring on host select one and proceed

so pls help me on this
