No Values in LOV of To Organisation for Inter Org Transfer

Hi

I have defined Shipping network, in which i have specified From Org and To Org, However when i try to perform Inter Org Transfer the LOV of To Org has no values.

Can any one guide me what should i do to?

SET UP INFO:

1.  Both Orgs have Avg Costing and Lot Control

2. Transfer Type : Intransit

3. FOB: Receipt

4. Receipt Routing: Standard

5. Internal Orders Required; Checked

6. Items are assigned to both Orgs and have on hand available quantities in From Org.
