How can i upgrade 10.1.0.4.0 clusterware to 10.2.0.4.0 clusterware

 I have 2 nodes RAC and all nodes running with version 10.1.0.4.0 clusterware and database. Now the time has come to upgrade clusterware and database with 10.2.0.4.0 at all nodes. Please kindly guide me if any one has done such type of upgrade on how to do my clusterware upgrade.
