Integration of Timesheet to Projects

Hi,

How to interface timesheet to Projects.

Timesheet is maintained (legacy) in one system and salary is maintained in other system (legacy).

Labor cost is taken on the basis of actual salary per day. Overtime has a different rate.

How to interface these details to Projects on daily basis.

Which are the details required to capture, if we writing a custom program.
