Missing $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo/lobs LOB Demonstration files

On any installation from Oracle 10.2 - 11.1, the LOB demonstration files, as documented in the Application Developers Guide - Large Objects are not copied to $ORACLE_HOME/rdbms/demo/lobs.

Is there an additional step in the installation to get these created, or a job that has to be run to create them?
