Should the view v$pwfile_users contain an entry for user SYS

 Hello, I recently upgraded from 11.1.0.6.0 to 11.1.0.7.0 on a Windows 2003 x86 server. I can no longer remotely connect using sys/syspw@sid as sysdba. I can connect with an account that is OS authenticated and a member of the ora_dba account, but I would like to know that in an emergency I can still connect without first adding the user to local ora_dba group. I have created a password file and was preparing to grant some users the sysdba privilege when I queried the view v$pwfile_users, I noticed that it was empty and after doing some research found a document
