New project to replace the old one

 Hi all,

We have  a project  for which expenditures are cost distributed and accounted and revenue is partially accrued. Now my client wants a new project with new WBS and wanted the new project to be in place against the old one.They want the cost transfered to new project from the old one.

Now my question is how can i achieve this , i will be able to transfer the cost but what about the partially accrued revenue? what about the new agreement/funding?

Pls suggest the options.
