Universal installer failed

Hi,

I uninstalled  Grid Control on my VMware server and I like to re-install it. Problem is that when I run setup from the directory installation, DOS windows appears, succeeds to check requirements and then nothing more. Dos windows disapear and that's all.

Any idea ?
