internal order still ready to release after pick release

 Hello, looking for the reason why internal order still ready to release after pick release (using Release sales orders SRS). I use a picking rule with Autopick confirm = NO.
I need hints to solve issue and don't know all stuff which is involved as rules to release a pick from an internal order.
Let me know as soon as possible.
