Modify iPRO Requisition Approval Form

 On the iPRO Requisition - Approvals Form - we have 3 free-form fields available - Justification, Note to Buyer, and Note to Supplier. The user is requesting some defaults be added to these fields for every new requisision they enter? Is this possible? If so, can someone direct me where to make this change.
