Advanced Replication: Multi-Master Replication Bandwidth Requirements

I am trying to determine the bandwidth requirements for Multi-Master Replication between four systems.
If system A ingests about 150 megabytes of data an hour, then what kind of load will be propogated out to system B, D , and E. Updates happen on systems B, D, and E, but not nearly as often.
What are the administrative loads are added to the network for replicaiton to happen?
Does anyone have any real-world observations about their bandwidth changes or usages with advanced replication?
Also, I'd love to dig into any documents that discuss bandwidth figures.
Thanks,
Tony
