Changing PA Operating Unit

We have just been informed, due to organization changes, that the department we have using Projects Accounting is moving Operating Units.

This in itself is no small task due to its integration with PO, EAM and AR but we have been told this move must happen by 1st July 2009 which is 2 weeks away.

So I was wondering if anyone who has experience of this can point me in the direction of documentation relating to Project Operating Unit changes and anything that will assist in the transfer of projects set up from the old unit to the new.

Any assistance or direction will be greatly appreciated, especially considering our extreemly tight timelines.
