E-Business Tax: Tax not to get calculated at PO

Hi,

I have setup a tax in e-Business tax and in the configuration owner option page have defined only for Payables and not for Purchasing. But when i create a PO i see that tax is getting calculated.

Can anybody guide what could be the reason. I do not want tax to get calculated at PO.
