How can I trace my bug and update it

 Hi,

I had raised a SR- 7260426.993 long back which was converted in to BUG: 7675760.

Now the Status on bug showing as "To Requestor, Need More Info". How can I update this or provide information to development team because desirability showing as "Minor Improvement".

Could any one tell me how can I update on this or escalate this.
