I'm the administrator, but can't see user profiles.  There are some accounts, legacy I believe, that I'd like to freeze because those folks don't work here anymore.  I could delete them or remove CSI's but I'd like to freeze them for 30 days before doing that.  I can do it in Classic but not My Oracle Support.  any ideas?
