R12 BPEL and RMS integration with E-Biz

Hello Group,
Our customer is currently using Oracle9i Enterprise Edition 9.2.0.6.0 Release with E-Business Suite 11.5.10.2

The customer wants to upgrade the DB 9i to 10gR2 with E-Business Suite 12.

Currently they have an integration of BPEL and RMS with E-Business Suite. They have SoB for each country.

The customer wants to know the impact of upgrading to R12 on the existing BPEL and RMS integration with E-Business Suite.

Also the customer would like to know the benefits of the same.

Can you please advice on the same?
