RDA Download Problem

 Oracle Version 10.2.0.3

AIX 5.3 - 64 Bit

I am having difficulty downloading the RDA file for the above platform.  Every time I unzip the file, I am left with only a readme.  The zipped file is 31.75 Meg, but the readme is 1 Kb.  Where are the files..??

I have downloaded Patch p8548777_416_AIX64-5L.zip

Is this not the correct file..??

I had to open an SR this morning, and I am sure support is going to get back to me requesting an RDA run.
