ORDPLUGINS and XDB package body goes invalid.

Hi all,

I am not sure why the package body of below packages get invalidated:

-ordx_file_source and ordx_http_source of owner ordplugins

-dbms_xmlparser and dbms_xslprocessor of owner xdb

Prior to that, I have revoke execute on utl_http, utl_file, utl_smtp and utl_tcp from public.

What is the role of ordplugins user? I have already locked this user ordplugins.

Since there are many invalid objects, I tried running utlrp.sql to recompile all my objects but at the end of the script, i see the below error:
