Add Data to iProcurement Catalog Manually

Hi,

Somebody knows if it possible to add to a Catalog in iProcurement  Data  Manually (entering  in a form to charge information for example).

I have to show to customer how have to enter a Catalog Requisition in iProcurement but I cannot load information from the sources  that mentionate the User Guide (from Oracle source, from a Template, etc).
