Cancel PO releae line for a certain item?

Hello,

 I have a PO with several lines and several releases. There is one line for a certain item that we ordered 5 but never received them, or billed them, nor will we ever. How can we cancel that order of 5 so that it doesn't show up as Supply on the minmax and inventory sides???
