RMAN Sessions Hanging

Hi

I am using rman for the backup of datawarehouse database with TSM, Pesently I am facing a issue of session just hanging after connecting to target and recover catalog database.

I have just given to below command from rman session but the session just hanging/Not giving any output from a long time. I have killed the session 4-5 times still same issue

rman> Change archivelog all validate;

Is there any way we can diagnose this issue???
