How do I retrieve a list of files uploaded for an SR?

 I often have to upload several files to an SR.  I can see where to upload them, but I cannot see where I can list the files that have been uploaded.  This is important because sometimes the analyst responding to an SR says that they do not have a certain file, but I am certain that I uploaded it.  When I try to upload it again, I receive a message that it is already uploaded.
