Tax rate modification....

  Hi,

Recently i have  done a tax conversion. But while doing that i made a small mistake. I entered wrong zip codes. I mean zip codes to be 9 digits where as i converted them with 5 digits. I was just looking if someone can help me how i can end date those tax rates and run a new load so that the zip codes can be updated to 9 digits insted of 5. I tried running a direct update statement on ar_tax_rates table but i was hitting the below error. I guess there is a trigger on this table which
