Copy projects after nwe organization set up

Hi , 

 We have created new set of books for UK and need to export projects from existing US set of books to new UK set of books .

 Did any body do any thing like this before ?

  I am using  pa_project_pub.create_project  to create project , but can not use it accorss orgs.
