How do I restrict the party name field to UPPER CASE in Oracle Customers Online?

 Hi team,

Is there a way to restrict the party name field to UPPER CASE in Oracle Customers Online, for a manually created customer record?

Thanks in advance for your help - I've searched manuals and cannot find this at all.
