LOV Attribute not getting populated while creating a new LOV

 Hi ,

I want to create a custom LOV and save the selected value to a DFF (eg ATTRIBUTE6 , a header attribute) . The page region where the LOV should be displayed is "POR_NOTES_ATTACHMENTS_R". While attaching the LOV to this region, I need to give the values for "LOV Foreign Key", "LOV Region" and "LOV Attribute". I am able to find the values populated for the "LOV Foreign Key", "LOV Region" fields. But the "LOV  Attribute" does not show my attribute created. I dont see any option of attaching the screen shots to give a detailed view.
