How to purge the delayed notifications in Grid Control 10g?

 I don't know why many notifications are not sent to final destinations. They´re enqueued increasing this metric. Every time I bounce the grid control with opmntl stopall and starall the delayed notifications start their delivery.

How to solve this situation? Pls help
