Prepare Mass Additions custom rule

Hi, I am a newbie to this forum.
I need to learn how the "Custom Rule"  (Quickcode) public API can be accessed and used for populating the Expense account and other fields in the FA_MASS_ADDITIONS table.
All help will be appreciated.
