Problem with ORacle Isntallation Red hat 4

 Hi,

I am trying to install Oracle10gR2 on Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS release 4 (Nahant Update 5) 64 Bit (Kernel version 2.6.9-55)

All the chechs by OUI were passed but while linking i had following errors :
