Calculating Daily benefits rates from bi-weekly amounts

Hello,

We are not using OAB but we want a way to calculate a daily benefit rate.  We currently recieve a file from our benefits administrator with the bi-weekly health and Welfare benefit amounts but want to be able to calculate a daily rate.  The scenario is when an employee is terminated or go on an unpaid leave during the pay period, we want to deduction an amount from their paycheck up to the last day worked.

Is this functionality available in the application version 11.5.10.2 and if so, where can I get some instructions on how to implement.
