I can't Make Move Order in a past date

I want to make a move order (either an issue or transfer) in a past date, When I tried to make this scenario I faced an error:
APP-INV-05449.

I make the profile options: INV: Transaction Date Validation to "Allow date in any open period", But also the error happens

How to solve this?
