How can a Customer be deleted?

 Hello,

    My question is.  In APPS 11.5.10.2.   How can you delete a customer?

   A user was defining a customer and set them up as a  Person.   This is incorrrect,  we need all our customers set up as  customer type =  Organization.

   This customer does not exist on any orders.

  I am wondering if there is a way to delete this customer and   start over?

   Or  is there a way to change customer type from Person  to Organization?

  Any help is greatly appreciated.
