Burden schedule and Business Group access

 I am using Grants accounting on top of Project. I created some burden schedules that apply to Business Group (all Operating Units) and some that apply to specific Operating Units.
Unfortunately, when I log in under a specific Operating Unit, all burden schedules are available to select, even the ones that are assigned only to other Operating Units.
Is this normal? Is there a way to fix this?
